Enable multiple templates in the Email Screen

Email This Issue allows users to select the template they want to use to send manually composed emails. The use of different templates is configured via the Contexts.

When a Template is created, a Category name can be specified. The template category attribute is used to group templates.

The Contexts have a field to select template categories. Templates belonging to the selected categories will be available in the Email Screen.
