When you request support or report problems at our Service Desk, you must provide
- your app maintenance SEN number if you use the Server or Data Center deployments of the Atlassian products
- or your cloud site URL if using the Atlassian hosted products.
Finding the cloud site url URL is easy, however to reveal the SEN number you may need to contact your Jira or Confluence administrators.
