How to find your app SEN-number

Customers of all of our apps in the Atlassian Marketplace may benefit from our support services if their maintenance is actively maintained. This is analogous to Atlassian's support policy.

When you request support or report problems at our Service Desk, you must provide

  • your app maintenance SEN number if you use the Server or Data Center deployments of the Atlassian products
  • or your cloud site URL if using the Atlassian hosted products.

Finding the cloud site URL is easy, however to reveal the SEN number you may need to contact your Jira or Confluence administrators.
