How to make your templates available in the email screen
When you create a new template it may not be available immediately in the Email screen for users to choose from. Read more to learn how you can make them listed.
Step-by-step guide
- Edit your templates to enter a category name. Template categories are used to group your email templates. Category names may be multiple words.
- Edit your Context and select categories in the Template Categories field. Templates of the selected categories will be available in the email screen.
