How to make your templates available in the email screen

When you create a new template it may not be available immediately in the Email screen for users to choose from. Read more to learn how you can make them listed.


Step-by-step guide

  1. Edit your templates to enter a category name. Template categories are used to group your email templates. Category names may be multiple words.

  2. Edit your Context and select categories in the Template Categories field. Templates of the selected categories will be available in the email screen.
