 Problem

Cannot load Email This Issue application admin interface.

 Solution

To use the Email This Issue application on the Cloud, you will need to revert to using an atlassian.com domain for your Cloud instance.

Atlassian support will be able to help you make this change.

Custom Jira domains are currently not supported by Emai This Issue on the Cloud, but we are working on adding it as soon as possible.
