Bug Watcher allows you to manage issue watchers when creating or editing issues. Special watchers are supported

Optionally Notify User Watchers 

User watchers may be sent a notification about the fact that they were added to the watcher list of an issue.

The notification email is a user friendly message about becoming watcher.
