This extension document is specific to Email This Issue for Jira Cloud (hereinafter referred to as Product) and is only valid in combination with the general terms.
Data Storage Terms
This section contains terms that alter the Data Storage Terms in our general Data Security and Privacy Statement.
What the Product Does Not Store
The Product does not store in any form(including database or log files or any other storage)
- Jira Cloud user passwords
What the Product Does Store
The Product stores the following data in its database:
- connection details to SMTP servers including the username and passwords necessary to authenticate by the SMTP server. SMTP Connection passwords are strongly encrypted with an industry standard strong encryption method (salted AES).
- Jira Cloud user names, group names, project role names as email recipients configured in the Product.
- Complete email messages with content potentially confidential to the users as part of its Email Audit Log standard features.
