By default, Content Exporter only supports a subset of fonts. If you want to export documents which contain fonts that are not supported by Content Exporter, you need to register additional fonts as a Confluence administrator. Later the users can select them in the profile.

To upload a custom font:

  1. Go to General Configuration → Content Exporter → PDF Custom fonts
  2. Enter a name for the font. (This name will be visible in the font selector on the profile editor)
  3. Select font files to upload
  4. Click Upload

To select an uploaded custom font, please see the instructions at Advanced Settings on Export Profiles page.
