JETI is not only used to send emails in various forms, but also to receive emails from email accounts and create issues or comments from them using the JETI Mail Handler.

Typically there are muiltiple emails sent and received related to an issue.

JETI has an issue tab, called Emails. This lists all incoming and outgoing emails that are processed or sent using JETI.

All email attributes are shown: 

Additionally to the issue specific email log, administrators have access to all emails via the Emails tab of the JETI Configuration screen.
