Email This Issue supports the use of CRM for Jira  add-on. CRM for Jira allows users to define companies and contacts belonging to these companies. It also offers lots of custom field types, including:

Email This Issue recognizes these field types and can send emails to the contacts selected in these fields.

Steps to use:

  1. Add one or more custom fields of CRM Contact, CRM Contacts, CRM Property to your project
  2. Select a contact or contacts in the fields
  3. When you Email Button and Email Screen or configureEvent Notifications or JETI Workflow post-function, select these custom fields as recipients
