You can configure Content Exporter on the Content Exporter Configuration page. You can access it on the Confluence Administration page Content Exporter section Content Exporter Configuration.
Output format: Here you can configure which export formats you want to enable on system level. Enabling/disabling output formats here results in show/hide export format menu items
