Glass View - Custom Permission
After installation you can control Glass access for every project through a new custom permission, called Glass View permission.
Content created by glass only shows Users / Groups / Other Actors assigned to Glass View permission.
Administrators can configure Glass View Permission in the Permission Scheme:
Avoid using Dynamic Actors
Do not use the following user related Dynamic Actors in Glass View permission
- Reporter
- Current Assignee
- Any Custom User picker (single or multi user)
- Any Custom Group picker (single or multi group)
Adding any actor above will result the same as adding "Any Application User" - Glass Documentation will be visible for everone.
