Follow up Confluence Meeting Notes
During a meeting, add Odoo direct links like contacts, products, Sales Order Statistics to action steps in your Confluence Meeting Notes.
When you follow up your tasks after the meeting, you can start them faster, as all info will be directly accessible for you.
How to do it
- When editing your Meeting Notes, simply add the Odoo Connect macro wherever you want the direct link to appear in your Page
- Select the Odoo Server, the Module and the record you want to see in Confluence
- Continue editing your Meeting Notes.
What does it look like?
After saving your Meeting Notes, the Odoo direct links will appear where you added them. You can access these Odoo Records from Confluence now.
Add details and references to your weekly and monthly Reports
Talking about specific Products or Sales Regions in your Report? Add them as Odoo links, so the readers can learn more easily at the right context.
How to do it
- Check out the charts in Odoo that you want to use for your analysis:
- Create your Monthly Report Page in Confluence
- Copy-paste your Odoo charts and add your Analysis as usual
- Add your Odoo Direct links where needed using the Odoo Connect macro:
