By default, Content Exporter supports a subset of fonts. If you need support for other fonts (eg. Chinese, Japanese or other not-supported) or specific styling (eg. corporate fonts), you need to upload custom fonts as a Confluence administrator. Later the users can select them in the profile.
A font consists of the following parts:
a name, what you can use to refer to the font
and font files for different styling of fonts
Each file contains fonts for different styling: regular, bold, italic, bold italic
You don't need to upload all files, but at least one font file is mandatory.
To manage PDF Custom fonts go to Admin > Content Exporter > PDF Custom Fonts. The PDF Custom Fonts administration page is displayed:
...
On the top part, you can upload the font. Fields marked are mandatory.
On the bottom part, you can see a list of already uploaded fonts where you can delete unused fonts.
note: Currently, fonts cannot be edited, you must delete it and upload again to modify it. (eg. renaming)
note: Currently, Content Exporter doesn't support licensed font's.
