If you experience that your email contains all comments and all custom fields when emails are sent but you don't want them, you must be using the embedded default template that comes out of the box.
In order to remove comments and customfields, you need to do a few easy things.
Step-by-step guide
- Create a new template based on the Default Template Theme
- Edit the template and remove the #renderAllCustomFields($!issue) and #renderComments($!issue) methods from the template body
- Apply the new template to your projects via Contexts
