Step 3: Compose the Email

Compose your email the usual way by setting recipients, content and options.

The email composition screen allows you to select a template to generate the emails. When the content of a filter is sent in an issue list, templates must be created from the Issue List theme.

Email templates created from the Theme "Issue List" are available in the Template dropdown for cases when you send a complete list of issues in an email.

Using this Theme customized email templates (e.g. add custom fields, change layout) may be created to send list of issues in email.
