On the Custom Stylesheets admin page, you can manage custom stylesheets, what you can select for use during export. The stylesheet administration page can be found in the Content Exporter section on the Confluence administration page:

List
On the admin menu, select the Custom Stylesheets menu item in the Content Exporter section. This opens a list of currently existing stylesheets in the system.

Create new stylesheet
You can create new stylesheet by clicking on the "Add stylesheet" button on the Custom Stylesheets page.

An empty editor page will open, where you can edit your stylesheet.

When you finished editing, just click on the OK button to save the changes.
Edit existing stylesheet
You can edit an existing stylesheet by clicking on the edit button belonging to the stylesheet you want to edit.

A new editor page will open with the selected stylesheet loaded.

When you finished editing, just click on the OK button to save the changes.
Deleting a stylesheet
You can delete an existing stylesheet by clicking on the delete button belonging to the stylesheet you want to delete.

When you click on the delete button, a confirmation dialog pops up to check if you really want to delete the stylesheet. Click OK if you are sure or Cancel otherwise.
Editor
When you create a new stylesheet or open an existing one for editing, the editor is open. You can use this editor to edit the stylesheets.

The editor contains the following controls:

a text box for the name: use the name field to identify your stylesheet
a text box for the description: use a short description to give some small extra information about the stylesheet
an editor for the content: you can edit the content of the stylesheet here. The editor supports code completion, syntax highlighting and syntax error detecting
