Is Agent support in templates

Description

I would like to achieve the following notification setting:

1. if an agent adds a comment, the sender name pattern in the notification should be the agent's name.
2. if a customer adds a comment, the sender name pattern in the notification should be static (such as "IT Team").

In a server deployment, this may be achieved by copy-pasting the following code in the sender name pattern field:
