When an email is sent into our helpdesk with images included as either inline or attached we get back two notifications. One contains the comment text and the attached images, and a second notification that contains exclusively the images. I know that this is happening because the text of the email and the images are being split into two separate comments, triggering the rule twice.
How can I ensure that the comments and the images are included in the same notification? Or would it be best to try and set up a separate rule to handle these emails?
