At my client, we are currently facing an issue with your plugin when sending an email to create a Service Desk ticket.
JETI is really awesome by the way.
For some reason, we're observing big latencies between the time an email is sent and the time it's processed by JETI.
We've checked the mail box, emails arrive almost immediately.
Then it can take few hours before a ticket is opened. Actually I feel like it gets acknowledge quickly by the plugin but processed much later cause I've sent a last email then when I realize it still takes sometimes I've deleted the Email Handler after five minutes. One hour later I got the notification that the ticket has been created.
