We have an annoying issue regarding uploaded files within the JETI email composer. As reported by our customers uploaded files are sometimes neither added to the outgoing email nor to the issue itself.
Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce it but since it has been reported repeatedly I think it's not due to incorrect usage.
Only the upload function is affected by this issue, the selection of existing attachments works without any problems.
It would be great if you could think of possible sources for this problem even though I can only provide limited information.
