Mail handler creates issues from e-mail but does not update field configured in Fields tab.
The mail handler is set up with "Initialize Issue Fields".
The Field Context is set as follows:
If Recipient Email Addresses matches .email@example.com. set Services with value Kerfi - vodafone.is in new issues.
The Mail handler creates an issue but does not update the custom field (Select List (cascading)) according to the Field Initialization Rules. Use Value from is set to Manual = "Kerfi - Vodafone.is".
"Kerfi" is in the first cascade option and "Vodafone.is" is in the second cascade option. The Test feature has been tested on the data and .vefur@vodafone. reg expression seems to match but the field is not updated in the new issue.
We use the Select list to specify which system the issue is created for by e-mail. I'm wondering if you could point me to the right direction on this issue or point me in another direction to solve this.
