Unable to set Request Participants as a default recipient

Description

Sending a manual email to the "Request participants" is allowed. However, setting up "Request participants" as a Default option is not available. It should be listed as an option under "recipients stored in field:".

Hi, you don't have to configure Request Participants in Email This Issue mail handler itself.

If you use the Service Desk Processing in Email this issue and your Service desk supports participants, then customer recipients of the incoming email are automatically added to the Request Participant field.

if Request Participants are enabled, Email this issue will add email recipients who are customers to the issue as Request Participants

Hi Tibor,

I think you misunderstand what I am asking. I have uploaded a couple of screen shots. "screenshot-1" is the Email This Issue configuration area, Default settings. I cannot set "Request participants" as a Default "To:" addressee. "screenshot-2" show when sending a manual email, you can select "Request participants". I would like to have "Request participants" as a default so we don't have to add it all the time.

Hopefully this makes more sense.

The option to default emails with "Request Participants" is still not available. This is from the "Defaults" menu option in JETI Add-Ons configuration screen.
