Issue Type Icon aren't showing in the JETI emails

Description

When I receive an email from the Email This Issue plugin and I'm using a custom issue type with a custom image, that custom image isn't showing up in the email. (I've also tested it with regular issue types).

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new JETI template based on the "Issue Created" template

  2. Make sure your template references #parse("templates/email/html/includes/fields/issuetype.vm")

  3. Finish configuring your template, notification, and defaults, such that it sends you an email when a new issue is created

  4. Create a new issue such that the above configured notification will fire

Expected Result
I expect to receive an email that includes the little issue type icon in it

Actual Result

I receive an email that does not include the little issue type icon in it (although the user image does show up)

Bonus
In looking at the HTML for the generated email, I see that the profile icon has this tag:

However, the issue type icon shows this:

The source attribute for the custom image type seems to be invalid.
