We use CRM for JIRA to automatically provide contact information of our customers within the tickets. Next to name and phone number the email is also provided in a custom field of type CRM Property.
It would be a great benefit if we could use this field in the JETI Configuration as "recipient stored in fields". Is this possible?
Hi Stephanie, it is not possible as of now, but we are contacting the CRM vendor to ask for help because we are receiving demand for this.

CRP Property field holding email addresses is now supported
This feature will be available in JETI 7.0.17 and later versions only. JETI 6.3.0.17 and later JIRA 6.4 compatible versions of JETI will not contain it.
The reason is that JIRA CRM that provides the API required by JETI is only available in versions compatible with JIRA 7 not with JIRA 6.4.
this feature has been released as version 6.3.0.17 and 7.0.17
