We currently use the JETI mail handler (both incoming and JETI context mail handler) to handle incoming and outgoing emails. When we get sent an email that has a .msg attachment, if this attachment has a colon in the file name e.g "RE: email reply", JETI renames this file title to "RE_email reply" stating that invalid characters were found. That's fine. The problem is, the file loses it's extension.
e.g it is renamed from "RE: email reply.msg" to "RE_email reply".
Which means when we double click on the attachment, it doesn't know to open it in Microsoft Office.
Is this able to be fixed? It is causing our users some issues.
