Notify your contacts when something happens is not working

Description

Notify your contacts when something happens functionality is not working.
I am attaching the document for the configuration that I have done.
As per my understanding and my configuration done the user 'amehr1' should get notification email when a support request is created in the 'Tools Atlassian Tools Support' project.
Kindly help as soon as possible.
