in my company we are using your plugin in a JIRA Service Desk Setup and currently I am trying to improve the ticket handling of our agents (making it easier for them): What I would like to know is, if it is possible to define one or more fields functioning as default recipient address(es) ("To:") for new mails created with the E-Mail-Button ('q') ?
Basically it should work as a shortcut like the "reply" function of typical mail programs (just clicking 'reply' and automatically having filled in the 'to:' field with the sender's address).
For instance, I would like to define the creator/author field as default recipient for new mails created from tickets, so that when I click 'E-Mail' the recipient field is automatically filled with the content of that field (the ticket creator).
Is that configurable and could you please tell me how?
In case it is not possible, would you please turn this into a feature request? I am quite sure a lot of users would like that... (saving time with good selected defaults, so that often selecting recipient addresses could be avoided ) Even faster would be the possibility to have an extra "Reply" Button next to the existing "E-Mail" (q) Button in a ticket, with its own shortcut (e.g. 'r') directly for such mails (with predefined default recipients).
Many thanks in advance for any help!
