I want to ask if following change would be possible to implement.
Take a look on screenshot of how it is now, at the bottom of the email.
Attachment: information already,
but what is missing is the Date and Time Sent. There is also the text “The issue has just been emailed to…”, which will be misleading when the Add to Mail Body is clicked, the email has not ‘just been emailed’.
So, ideally, what we would want is the header info laid out as this:
Date Sent: date and time
Cc: if applicable
Attachment(s): reference to name of any attachments sent
then the message body….
If that is not possible, at a minimum, could Date and Time Sent be included in the header info, and the word ‘just’ removed from the standard wording?
And also, would there be any possibility of being able to sort the Email – Comments section in a different order. At the moment the emails are listed earliest first, and it would be useful to also be able to re-sort to latest first.
