We are starting to use JIRA in a customer support scenario. We miss a feature to be able to define templates for the body text area.
More Details: When emailing this issue, the subject text field value is preset with the issue summary. Similarly, the body text area should be preset with a value defined in a template.
Ideally, the templates could be defined in the same manner as all the other templates:
global or per project/issue type templates (email-this-issue-body.<project key>.<issue type id>.vm)
maybe even possiblity to include issue fields in the template (we don't need this, but maybe it comes almost for free?)
