Configure custom issue lookup in mail handlers

Description

Allow users to specify how JETI should try to find an existing issue for incoming email.

Options:

  • default behaviour of JIRA: issue key in subject OR Message-ID email header

  • JQL query with regular expressions that extract value from the email, e.g. "customerCustomField = $regex(body:^(?i)(Customer(.*), matchGroup:$2)"
