Hoping to get some help with troubleshooting with why automatic emails aren't triggering anymore. We rely on this add-on for one of our queues that sends alerts to a company-wide mailing list, so we're a bit anxious to get this working again.
tl;dr: Notification emails aren't triggering anymore after upgrading to JIRA v6.3. Configuration for add-on hasn't changed. Manual emails still work.
JETI has stopped sending automatic emails since we upgraded JIRA a week ago to JIRA v6.3 from JIRA 6.2.x. We hadn't modified any of the settings for the add-on, but it seems to have stopped working the week after the upgrade, so we're not sure if there's an incompatibility bug related to this version of JIRA.
The add-on still seems to send emails out when a user manually emails an issue. Using the test function within the add-on sends emails without any problems. The templates we've configured work with manually sending emails and in the test emails.
I've included screenshots of our configuration. We do not have any post-functions included in our workflows, and the notifications were working fine without them prior to v6.3.
Hi can you please check your logs for errors and send me the related logs?
Can you please verify that event notifications are sent when you manually modify an issue?
Do you are use the jeti mail handler? Are emails processed correctly?
We could reproduce the issue and have fixed it. Release will come today. Regardless of this, we'll appreciate your input. Thank you.
