I'm using JIRA Service Desk witih JETI and everything is working great, except for one thing. I want to enable email notifications when a user adds a comment to a screen during a workflow transition and can't find a way to make this happen.
I've setup a workflow that has several steps. During each workflow transition, a screen appears that allows the assignee to add a comment. If a comment is added, I would like it to send an email notification to the reporter.
When the comment is added through a screen during a workflow transition step no email notification is sent to the reporter. However, if I add a comment using the standard "Comment" button, the email notification is sent successfully.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
