Incoming email with custom field

Description

Hi,

I set the incoming email to create a NEW issue, but i would like to populate some custom field based on the content on the email.

How can i do that ? Are there a specific format to use in the content of the email ?

exemple of custom fields:
name= alex
Adress= France
Phone=+145678946
