Sort order on Email log panel is incorrect

Description

We using Jira 6.2 Download with JETI 5.4.0.2. When I open the "Email" panel the sort arrow is pointing down and the tooltip states it is ascending order. However, the email entries are displayed in descending order. This is causing confusion in our customer service department as they frequently switch between the Comments tab (which is sorted appropriately) and the Email tab.

In you state that this was a bug in Jira and was resolved with 6.1. However, we are experiencing the issue still with 6.2. I also cannot find the ticket on Atlassian's site where the issue was identified and resolved.
