Assign the same reporter even when sender is a JIRA user

Description

The use case is:

There is a group of jira users that have access to project A. They can create issues in project B, but I want only throught email, not by Create Issue Jira operation. Since they are jira users, default email handler action is to use their user as a reporter. If they don't have create issue rights in project B, email will fail to create issue. If I grant them create issue rights, then they can use Create Issue button to create issue directly, something I don't want.

Question: can JETI override the reporter option when creating issues via email so it doesn't matter if the sender is or not a Jira user?
