Issue is not reindexed after field rules update the fields in the classic handler

Description

This is due to the fact that the issue is updated with DO_NOT_DISPATCH option.

Either: update the issue with an event type (IssueUpdated) or reindex the issue after the changes made by the classic mail handler.
