Emails sent by customers are not added to Service Requests if handler is configured to always add internal comments

Description

Mail handler should fall back to default reporter, if comments could not be added.

cases:

  • always visible is set in the mail handler

  • request is not shared with the customer (in this case, check for mail handler setting: Non-related customers)
