Could you please help me how can I create an Auto Issue Commented Reply which will be sended to "External Participants" only when Email Comment arrives?
1. ISSUE-1 was created by email. -> Issue Created Notification Sended to "External Participants"
2 .If Jira-user commented it. -> Do not send email to "External Participants"
3. New Mail arrives with "Subject ISSUE-1" -> Auto Reply about ISSUE-1 Commented to "External Participants"
It could be a feedback to the Customer that we accepted the sended email (Sended Comment)
I have created an Issue Commented Notification but it is always sended independently from internal comments or external email comments.

Well, the Problem is:
We have configured an Email that is send as response on a Ticket Creation. The Text as Response on a comment should be completely different.
1. User sends mail to create ticket: " Thank you for your input, we created a Ticket: key"
2. User sends a response on a Mail that will be added as comment: "Thank you for your comment, it is added to your ticket"
Now we are forced to redefine all Emails, that are send as response, to our users, so that they match both cases.
Much better would be to toggle comment repsonse or define another template for that.
