Allow the configuration from which email fields (Sender, To, Cc) the handler can create new customers and can save them in Request Participant

Description

Currently the Service Desk Strategy creates new customers if public signup is enabled from the sender, to and cc fields of an email.

Allow the configuration from which of them customers should be created or added as Request Participant.

Optionally: regex filtering on email addresses.
