Newly created customers are not set as reporter

Description

So the problem is this:
New person -> Email -> JIRA Service Desk -> Default reporter assigned

Whereas before the update it was this:
New person -> Email -> Service Desk Customer created -> JIRA Service Desk -> Customer set as reporter
