Service Desk Handlers: Issue Type Optional

Description

Add a new handler type: Service Desk Comment only.

A handler of this type should be added implicitely if a SD request is being commented by email but no corresponding JETI mail handler is found to process the email.

The handler will not require an Issue Type or Customer Request Type or even the Project may also be left empty.
