Would it be possible to add canned response support to JETI's E-mail screen. We have evaluated JETI for our helpdesk use and this is the main missing feature preventing us from using JETI for our helpdesk activities.
Optimal canned response support would include:
Ability to add/modify/delete canned responses through an admin interface
Each canned response consists of 'Title', 'Description', 'Content'.
A field is provided in the JETI E-mail screen for users to select a canned response ('Title'). Once selected the 'Content' is copied to the 'Body' of the e-mail.

It would be perfect if the response template would allow to use variables like the velocity templates for the emails (or if they are velocity templates) which then are parsed before they are inserted into the email body.
