We are migrating from legacy system. For link purposes we added custom field ReqNum – that is ID in legacy system.
We have several issues
1. I set up importing issues and this works fine. Now we'd like to get updates on Summary change. So I set up Field inifialization "in existing issues", Issue Lookup Rule and issue update rules:
Actually we imported issue 8434
And then changed issue summary in legacy system and invoked an update. But email just got deleted. On picture difference in summary is underlined
This email is also not logged in Email log.
Please help with this issue
2. Could Assignee and Reporter be filled from Field Initialization Rules?
We have noticed that update emails with empty body are just deleted. Suppose this is a bug.
