Service Desk Team members should not be added as request participants

Description

When a user that is a member of the Service Desk Team is CC in an email processed by JETI, that user is added to both watchers and request participants.
When a shared comment is made by a request participant, JIRA does not consider this a "Comment: For Customers", so the "Time to first response" SLA doesn't stop counting.
Service Desk Team members should not be added as request participants, only as watchers.
