In the mail handler, I configurated an Event to fire "Issue commented". In the notification, I create a notification Event with an JQL-Filter. When I do that, no notification will be send. When I create a notification Event without an JQL-Filter, then it works. I try many JQL-Statements, all will not be send.
I strongly thnik, this is an bug. Please check this.
We still wait for the update for our big Problem with the JQL-Filter. Our Helpdesk is not happy, that they doesn't get an email when a customer send us an answer on a ticket.
