We have decided to let JETI manage email notificaitons instead of JIRA Service desk.
Request participants should receive an email notifying them that they have been added.
This only happens when we let JIRA Service Desk manage the email notifications
We can't find an "event" equivalent to "Request participant added" so we can not send out a notification to the customer that has been added as a request participant.
Could you kindly advise how we could achive this?
