Email template continuously displaying error in logs

Description

We are getting a ton of repeat errors in the atlassian logs when users are sending emails using JETI. My assumption is it has to do with the users sending an email without any attachments but the template specifies needing an attachment.

Is there a way to stop this error or do I have the template formatted incorrectly?
