We have installed a commercial license for E-mail This Issue in a customer.
I have set up a notification, that should only send an e-mail when a certain custom field is changed to a certain value.
The user story is:
As a operator, when I change the Helpdesk Team, I want them to be notified.
For achive this I have set up:
"Helpdesk team"="HD Comunicações"
customfield_11004 (This corresponds to the Custom Field Helpdesk Team)

What is happening is that an e-mail is sent not just the custom field is changed but also whenever the issue is comment.
It is possible to configure that the e-mail is sent only when someone updates a custom field?
