Assignee not set after component set by JETI

Description

When we create issues "normally" via the web browser interface and set the component the issue is properly assigned to the component lead.

When we create issues via JETI we use the Initializes issue fields feature of the Mail Handler. We use a Field context to set the component based on regular expression match on the email subject. The component is assigned correctly on issues coming in via email, but the assignee is not set to the component lead, it is set to the project lead.
